On March 10, 2015, Thompson RCMP executed a search warrant at a hotel in Thompson, Manitoba. As a result of the search, RCMP seized approximately three pounds of marijuana, three and a half grams of cocaine, cell phones, scales and a significant amount of cash.

RCMP report that both 46-year-old Gregory Dick and 21-year-old Shayla Kitchekeesik of Thompson were arrested and are facing numerous drug-related charges.
Police say that both suspects have been released pending their next court date in Thompson on March 27, 2015.
