On February 21, 2015, at approximately 4:30pm, Portage la Prairie RCMP responded to a call of a theft at the local Manitoba Liquor Control Commission.

Police say that a male suspect stole a bottle of liquor and fled from the store on foot.
The suspect is described as 16 to 19 years of age with a thin build. He was wearing a black hooded sweater with “Got Land?” written on the chest, a black baseball cap and glasses.
