On May 27, 2015, at about 10:20pm, RCMP officers responded to a report of a collision at the intersection of Highway 9 and Netley Road, in the RM of St. Andrews, Manitoba.

Initial police investigation shows that a semi truck was traveling east on Netley Road when it collided with a northbound vehicle. The driver, a 50-year-old female from the RM of St Andrews, was pronounced deceased at the scene. She was wearing her seatbelt.

Officers are still investigating in order to establish the contributing factors to this collision. An RCMP Forensic Collision Reconstructionist is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
