East St. Paul RCMP are asking the public for any information about the whereabouts of a missing West St. Paul youth, 16-year-old Nicholas Read.
On June 17, 2015, at approximately 8:30pm, East St. Paul RCMP received a report that 16-year-old Nicholas Read was missing. Nicholas is autistic and police are worried for his well-being.
Nicholas was last seen at 7:30am on June 17, 2015, when he was dropped off at West Kildonan Collegiate by his father. When he did not return home on the school bus, his family went looking for him. Nicholas had not attended any of his classes.
Nicholas Read is 5’11” tall, weighs 160 pounds, has blonde hair and blue eyes. Nicholas was last seen wearing a blue flat-billed hat, white sunglasses, white checkered shorts and black and yellow shoes.

East St. Paul RCMP advise that Nicholas Read was located safe and sound late in the day on June 20, 2015.
