The City of Steinbach is advising the public that they will be hosting an open house regarding the recently announced proposed land annexation of approximately 7,300 acres from the RM of Hanover.
The open house is an opportunity for the public to ask questions and learn more about the annexation as well as the recent growth study completed for the City of Steinbach. In addition to City staff, consultants from MMM Group, authors of the growth study which includes City population projections and future land requirements, will also be on hand to answer questions.
The open house will take place on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Steinbach City Hall, 225 Reimer Avenue, from 4pm to 7:30pm. If you are not able to make it to the open house, you can send your questions and comments to info@steinbach.ca.
