Project DIVERGE was a five month long investigation into an alleged drug trafficking network operating in Winnipeg, MB. The investigation was conducted by the Manitoba Integrated Organized Crime Task Force (MIOCTF) which is comprised of Winnipeg Police Service and RCMP Officers.

During the course of the investigation officers executed search warrants, seizing eight kilograms of cocaine, approximately $70,000 in cash, a large amount of a cocaine cutting agent and a prohibited magazine cartridge.
As part of Project DIVERGE, four individuals were arrested and charged between July 29, and August 19, 2015, in relation to drug trafficking activities, proceeds of crime and a weapon related offence.
