On August 29, 2015, at about 2:33pm, East St. Paul RCMP and local emergency services were called to a motor vehicle collision on the northbound lane of Highway 59, close to the Garven road turn-off.
Police investigation revealed that a vehicle traveling south in the northbound lane caused the collision. In total, four vehicles were involved with all occupants being brought to hospital with unknown injuries.
RCMP report that seatbelts were used by all occupants and that alcohol is a factor in this collision.
