On August 5, 2015, Steinbach RCMP received a report that approximately 200 Conservative campaign signs have been stolen in the City of Steinbach since the beginning of the election campaign.

Steinbach RCMP would like to remind residents that removing campaign sings from their actual location without  authorization is regulated under the Canada Election Act and violation of this act is a  Criminal offence.
