On October 16, 2015, shortly after 1pm, Carman RCMP received a report of a serious collision between a cement truck and a vehicle at the intersection of Highway 2 and Highway 13.
Police say that the driver of the vehicle suffered serious injuries and has been transported to hospital.
An RCMP Collision Reconstructionist is assisting in the ongoing investigation in order to establish the contributing factors to the collision.
