On November 20, 2015, at approximately 7:30am, The Pas RCMP officers responded to a report of an unresponsive male outside a residence in The Pas. Police say that the male, a 36-year-old The Pas resident, was taken to a local hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
Manitoba RCMP Serious Crimes Unit, as well as several local and specialized sections were immediately engaged in the investigation.
RCMP report that during the evening of November 20, two adult males from The Pas were arrested without incident in connection with the ongoing homicide investigation. Both males have since been charged with second degree murder. 26-year-old Sage Cooper and 33-year-old Jamie Constant have been remanded in custody to appear in The Pas Provincial Court.
