Red River Mutual staff got into the Hockey Spirit and “Faced Off Against Hunger” by collecting food for local food banks and dressing in their favorite Winnipeg Jets Gear.

Over 400lbs. of non-perishable food items were collected and distributed to The Rhineland and Area Food Bank, in Altona and Winnipeg Harvest, in Winnipeg to help feed those in need.
Breanne Damphousse, Red River Mutual Social Committee member said, “It is great to see as individuals we are not only unified by cheering for the same team, but in sharing a focus and commitment to helping those in need.”
Red River Mutual emulates the “Modern Mutual” by investing a portion of company profits back into the community through loss prevention and through the support of worthy community projects.
