On January 2, 2016, RCMP received a report of a missing 12-year-old girl from Rossburn, 12-year-old Nakota Catcheway.
Police say that Nakota Catcheway was last seen early in the morning of January 2, 2016 in Rossburn, Manitoba. She is described as aboriginal, 5′ 0″ tall , has a small build with long black hair and brown eyes.
“Our officers have found evidence that Nakota had planned to run away and continue in their efforts to locate her,” said Sgt. Bert Paquet of the Manitoba RCMP. “Due to her age, we are asking members from the public, family and friends to contact the Police if they have knowledge of her whereabouts.”
