A significant quantity of marihuana and tobacco was recovered at the scene.
The suspect, a 27 year old male, is facing charges of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Public Mischief. He has been served a Promise to Appear and will be appearing in Provincial Court in Stonewall on the 23rd of February 2009.
