On September 13, 2009, around 4:30pm, officers from the Dauphin RCMP were dispatched to a fight at a Dauphin bar.

It had been reported that 2 females were fighting in the parking lot of the bar. Investigators attended the scene and located the victim and a couple of witnesses.

The 18-year-old victim was taken to hospital where she was treated and released.

A few hours later, the suspect, a 16-year-old Dauphin girl, was located and arrested. She had been charged with assault and breach of undertaking and has been remanded in custody to appear in Dauphin Court on Tuesday.
