RCMP have laid charges in connection with multiple CDSA search warrants executed earlier this month on properties located in the City of Winnipeg, RM of St. Andrews and RM of Coldwell.
The following people have been charged:
18-year-old Kelvin Nguyen from Winnipeg has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
42-year-old Binh Quy Trinh from Winnipeg has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
48-year-old Thanh Patno from Winnipeg has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, production of a controlled substance and theft of electricity.
40-year-old Bao Ngoc Pham from Winnipeg has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, production of a controlled substance and theft of electricity.
38-year-old Quyet Van Vo from Winnipeg has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, production of a controlled substance and theft of electricity.
41-year-old Lap Hoang Nguyen from Winnipeg has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking (2 counts), production of a controlled substance (2 counts) and theft of electricity (2 counts).
