On October 13, 2009 at about 6:30am, Lac du Bonnet RCMP responded to a motor vehicle collision on highway 15 west of Elma, Manitoba where a car and half ton truck had collided.
Occupants of both vehicles suffered non-life threatening injuries. Occupants of the half ton truck ages 49 and 48, who are Winnipeg residents, were taken to hospital and have since been released. The other 63-year-old Elma resident refused medical treatment.
Police are continuing to investigate what caused this collision, however, alcohol is not considered a factor.
