During a traffic stop in the afternoon of October 24, 2009, a 34-year-old Dauphin man was arrested for impaired driving.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on 1st Avenue NW in Dauphin around 5:30pm and noted that the driver showed signs of being impaired.
The man was taken to the Dauphin Detachment where a breath test was administered. The man was then released to appear in Dauphin Court on November, 17, 2009.
