On October 23, 2009 at around 10:30am, Portage la Prairie RCMP received a complaint of vandalism to a residence on Willow Bay.
The homeowner reported that sometime overnight, the vandals had damaged the siding and had broken a window. This was reported to be an ongoing problem.
The investigation is ongoing.
