26-year-old Joshua Turner
MIHRSOU (Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit) is requesting assistance from the public in locating 26-year-old Joshua Turner.
The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU) is a joint forces unit of the RCMP and Winnipeg Police Service. Police are seeking to locate Turner as he is unlawfully at large for breaching his probation order.
Turner has a lengthy record including sexual assault, harassing and indecent phone calls and numerous charges for failing to comply with court imposed orders. Turner is considered high risk to re-offend both sexually and violently. All females are at risk.
Turner is described as a Caucasian male, 5’10”, 154 lbs, brown hair and hazel eyes.

On November 6, 2009, at about 5:30 pm, Joshua Turner was located and arrested by the Winnipeg Police Service at a hotel downtown Winnipeg.
