The MIHRSOU is requesting assistance from the public in locating 26-year-old Martin Louis Patrick.
The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU) is a joint forces unit of the RCMP and Winnipeg Police Service and are seeking to locate Patrick as he is unlawfully at large, breaching his long term supervision order.
On September 5, 2008, Patrick was designated a long term offender following a conviction for sexual assault with a weapon. Patrick is assessed as very impulsive and a high risk to re-offend both sexually and violently. He has a lengthy record including sexual assault, assault, forcible confinement, assault with weapon and charges for failing to comply with court imposed orders. All females are at risk.
Patrick is described as an Aboriginal male, 5’6″, 217 lbs, black hair and brown eyes.
