On December 16, 2009, a 13-year-old male from Thompson, Manitoba was arrested and formally charged with second degree murder in relation to the death of Bernard Hart.
The youth will be appearing in Thompson Provincial Court at a date yet to be determined.
RCMP “D” Division Serious Crime Unit along with the RCMP Thompson Major Crime Unit continue to investigate and further arrests are pending.
