Beausejour RCMP and “D” Division Drug Section executed a CDSA Search Warrant at a Garson residence during the evening of February 3, 2010.
One adult male resident was arrested for production of marijuana and possession for the purpose of trafficking, as well as an outstanding warrant of arrest held by Headingly RCMP for failure to appear in court.
Police seized approximately $20,000 worth of marijuana and a quantity of marijuana growing equipment.
The adult male, who has not yet been formally charged, was later released on a promise to appear, pending a March 30, 2010 Beausejour Court appearance.
