A 36-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman from the RM of Tache are each facing charges of assault after a family disturbance in their residence.
Neither suffered injuries requiring treatment and they were released on a promise to appear with no contact conditions.
The accused were separated for the evening and are both pending a future court appearance.
