On March 29, 2010, at approximately 10:20am, RCMP Grand Marais Community Detachment with the assistance of the RCMP Selkirk Detachment conducted a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at a residence on Deepdale Avenue located in Grand Marais.
RCMP seized approximately 30 marihuana plants with an approximate street value of $30,000.
52-year-old Krzysztof Zygarlicki of Grand Marais has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and production of a controlled substance.
The accused was released on promise to appear and is scheduled to appear in Selkirk Court on July 02, 2010.
