On April 24, 2010, at around 1:30am, officers from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP Detachment responded to a noisy party complaint at a home on Merrell Avenue in Dauphin.
When officers arrived they were met by an occupant of the home who was quite intoxicated. The man was found to be on conditions of a recognizance to abstain from consuming liquor and was arrested.
18-year-old Johnathon Paul Brazeaux, has been charged with breach of recognizance and has been remanded in custody to appear in Dauphin Provincial Court on April 26, 2010.
