Around 6:30pm, on May 9, 2010, officers from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP Detachment were called to a business near the Market Place Mall.
When officers arrived they located an intoxicated male passed out in the parking lot. The man was found to be on conditions of a probation order to abstain from consuming liquor and was arrested.
22-year-old Troy Robert St. Paul, from the Skownan First Nation, has been charged with breach of probation and has been remanded in custody to appear in Dauphin Provincial Court on May 10, 2010.
