Vic Toews, MP for Provencher and President of the Treasury Board, welcomed the appointments of Roger Bilodeau Q.C., as Registrar of the Supreme Court of Canada, the Honourable Joan A. MacPhail as a Judge of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba, Family Division, the Honourable Christopher W. Martin as a Judge of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba, Trial Division and the Honourable Glenn D. Joyal to the Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba, as Associate Chief Justice.
