On August 3, 2010, Wasagaming RCMP received a call in regards to a capsized boat on Lake 14 in the RM of Harrison.

The loan occupant of the boat, a 59-year-old male from Erickson, was reported missing and presumed drowned.
 
After a search the male was recovered later the same day on August 3.

It is believed that the deceased was not wearing a life jacket.

The name of the deceased is not being released out of respect for the family.
