On October 7, 2010, Steinbach RCMP with the assistance of the Ste. Anne Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence in Richer, Manitoba.
Two occupants of the residence were arrested without incident. Inside the residence police located 6 unregistered, improperly stored firearms and a small marijuana grow operation.
37-year-old Paul Fiola and 62-year-old Gertrude Fiola of Richer, have been charged with several firearm and drug offences. Both have been remanded into custody.
