On October 22, 2010, around 7:45pm, officers from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP Detachment were called to the Dauphin Hotel regarding an unruly person.
Officers attended and were told that a female, who was not a registered guest, was in the hallway disturbing patrons. The intoxicated woman was found to be on probation and was arrested for breaching the conditions of those orders.
41-year-old Lori Ann Mancheese of Gilbert Plains, has been charged with 2 counts of breach of probation and was remanded in custody.
