On November 12, 2010, in the evening, officers from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP detachment arrested a 28-year-old Dauphin man for breach of probation.
Officers had learned that the man was living at a hotel in Dauphin that he was prohibited from going to.
Jacob Tyson Shannacappo has been charged with breach of probation and has been remanded in custody to appear in court in Dauphin later today.
