On November 18, 2010, at approximately 9:42pm, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a missing 13-year-old girl from Steinbach.
She is described as aboriginal, approximately 5’3″, 150 pounds, medium build, black straight hair passed her shoulders and brown eyes. She was wearing a black hoody with stripes, jeans, black runners and was carrying a black backpack.
Police believe that she may have returned to Winnipeg by hitchhiking as she had no other means of transportation.
Police are asking the public’s assistance in locating the missing youth. At approximately 4:28pm on November 18, 2010, Steinbach RCMP were informed that the missing youth, Shayla Nattaway, had been located safe and sound in Winnipeg.
