Officers from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP detachment were called to a downtown business on the evening of January 2, 2011, regarding a drunk individual inside a store.
RCMP report that the person found was a 17-year-old Dauphin male who was on probation with a condition that he abstain from consuming liquor.
The youth was arrested for breach of probation and has been remanded in custody to appear in Provincial Court in Dauphin on January 4, 2011.
