RCMP have arrested a man in connection with a fatal vehicle collision that occurred last year in June.
On June 6, 2010, 37-year-old Jason Houston of Powerview, Manitoba was killed after his vehicle collided with an oncoming vehicle driven by 27-year-old Ryan Keith Henderson on Highway 304.
After a lengthy investigation, Powerview RCMP charged Ryan Henderson for impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing death in relation to this incident.
A warrant for Ryan Henderson’s arrest had been issued but police had not been able to locate him and requested the public’s assistance in trying to locate Henderson.
on January 31, 2011, RCMP report that Ryan Henderson has been arrested in Winnipeg. Henderson was released from custody and ordered to appear in Powerview Provincial Court on March 23, 2011.
