20-year-old Ryan Thomas David Cook of Dauphin was arrested February 5, 2011, in the afternoon by officers from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP detachment for being in breach of his recognizance.

Investigators had learned that Cook had failed to comply with the curfew conditions of the order he had entered into just 2 days earlier.

Cook has been remanded to appear in Dauphin Provincial Court later today.
