The RM of Tache council wants more control over the installation of culverts and crossings onto private property.

The municipality recently passed a bylaw that is expected to regulate the construction and maintenance of private crossings and culverts that are built within municipality’s right of way by private landowners.

The RM of Tache council expects the new bylaw will cement their control over crossings built within the right of way that could impact safety, and ongoing operation and maintenance of municipal roads, drainage, and right of ways.
