A Valley River FN man has been charged with breach of undertaking after police found him creating a disturbance in Dauphin this past weekend.
Around 1:30am, May 14, 2011, officers from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP were called to a disturbance outside a Brown Avenue East home. When the officers arrived, they found a number of people in the front yard arguing and yelling. One of the people involved was found to be in breach of conditions of an undertaking he was on and was arrested. Two other males were arrested for being intoxicated in public.
20-year-old Cory Graham Murdock from the Valley River First Nation has been charged with breach of undertaking and is scheduled to make his first court appearance in June.
