Falcon Lake RCMP made a significant drug seizure Friday Feb. 20, 2009 at the West Hawk Weigh Scales.
An Enforcement Officer at the West Hawk Weigh Scales was conducting an inspection of a tractor-trailer Unit, when he noticed a suspicious package in the trailer, and contacted RCMP.
Falcon Beach RCMP attended and a subsequent search of the trailer yielded approximately 168 lbs/ (76 kg) of Marihuana, with an estimated value of $498,000.00 . Charges are pending on the 41 year old driver from Etobicoke, Ontario.
