A man from the RM of Thompson has died after falling from some rafters at a construction site earlier this afternoon.

On July 26, 2011, in the early afternoon, Carman Area RCMP were called to a construction site in the RM of Thompson.

A 49-year-old male from the RM of Thompson was fatally injured when he lost his footing and fell from the rafters at the construction site.

Carman Area RCMP continue to investigate with the office of Workplace Health and Safety.
