RCMP continue to investigate the disappearance of 33-year-old Nancy Joyce Swenty of the RM of Fisher near Fisher Branch, Manitoba.
RCMP initially believed that Nancy Swenty may have been with 51-year-old Russell Gordon McDiarmid and possibly traveling in her truck to an unknown destination in British Columbia.
RCMP now report that they have located McDiarmid and Nancy Swenty and her truck are still missing and unaccounted for. Based on the investigation to date, it now appears unlikely that Nancy Swenty left the Province of Manitoba.
Anyone who may have seen Nancy Swenty or who may have observed a 1990 Chevrolet S10 pick up truck, red in colour, bearing Manitoba licence plate BNU 721 is urged to contact their nearest police department or call the RCMP Fisher Branch Detachment at 1-204-372-8484.
The investigation continues.

Yesterday, Swenty’s truck was located in the Interlake area. RCMP efforts to locate her continues.
