Portage la Prairie RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 21-year-old Justin David Levasseur.
A warrant for the arrest of Levasseur has been issued. He has ben charged with sexual assault with a weapon, break and enter and committing sexual assault. This is in relation to a sexual assault complaint dating back to 2008.
Levasseur is described as 5’10” tall, and about 198 lbs. He has black eyes and brown hair.
