Suspect in sexual assault case.
RCMP are asking for public assistance in connection with a sexual assault incident that occurred this past September in Pine Falls.
Powerview RCMP were dispatched to a complaint of a sexual assault this past September involving a female youth. Investigation indicates that a 14-year-old girl had been at a house party in Pine Falls when she was sexually assaulted during the early morning hours at an outdoor location. The victim was not injured in the assault.
Efforts to locate the subject have been unsuccessful. Police have obtained a composite sketch of a male suspect and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying him.
The suspect is described as fair skinned, with blue eyes and blonde hair and about 19 years of age. He is about 5’6″ tall with a slim build. The suspect was wearing a white “Tap Out” hat, dark jeans and a black and grey shirt.
