On March 18, 2009 just before 9 a.m., RCMP Virden Detachment responded to a Fatal collision involving a male riding a mobility cart and a CP Rail cargo train on King Street in the Town of Virden, Manitoba.
The CP Train was eastbound when the 91-year-old local gentlemen was fatally struck at the railway crossing.
The investigation continues.
