Brandon RCMP investigators were advised that on February 18, 2012, at about 3pm, a 13-year-old girl had been walking on Main Street in Douglas when she was approached by an unknown male in a vehicle.
The girl told police that the man had asked for directions and then had grabbed onto her sweater. The youth pulled away from the man and ran away. She was not injured.
The male is described as 50 to 60 years of age, balding, and possibly missing some teeth. He was driving a small white pick-up truck.
