16-year-old Arnelle Constant, reported missing on February 16, 2012.
RCMP are asking for public assistance in locating Arnelle Constant, a 16-year-old female resident of The Pas, Manitoba, has was reported missing last month.
Arnelle Constant, a 16-year-old female resident of The Pas, Manitoba, has been reported missing since February 16, 2012. Police say that Constant left her residence in The Pas on the morning of the 16th to attend school but did not return home. When Constant left for school she was wearing blue jeans, a black jacket, and running shoes.
Arnelle Constant is described as approximately 5’3″ tall (160 cms), 155 lbs (70 kgs), shoulder length black hair, brown eyes, stocky build and aboriginal in appearance.
Constant has been seen in The Pas and may have also traveled to Winnipeg. She is believed to be living an at-risk life style.
The Pas RCMP and Child and Family Services remind the public that any person who detains or harbors a child who is in care of an agency is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not more than $50,000, or imprisonment for a term of 24 months, or both as per section 52(c) of “The Child and Family Services Act” of Manitoba.
