On April 21, 2012, shortly after 10am, St. Pierre Jolys RCMP were called by a parent concerned about a suspicious person who approached their 11-year-old daughter. The girl had said that she was walking home from school on April 19 at about 4pm in Ile-des-Chenes, when she was approached by a male driving a blue van.

The male is described as being Caucasian, in his mid-20’s and with short dark hair.
