RCMP Traffic services attended the scene of a serious two vehicle collision on the south perimeter at St Mary’s Road that occurred at about 6:45pm yesterday morning.
Initial investigation indicated that a westbound pick-up truck struck a southbound automobile at that location.
Police say that the driver of the pick-up truck, an adult male, was not injured. The driver of the automobile was transported to hospital in critical condition.
An RCMP Traffic Collision Analyst will be assisting with the investigation.
