32-year-old Leon Benjamin Custer.
Flin Flon RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 32-year-old Leon Benjamin Custer of Pelican Narrows, Saskatchewan.
Police say that Leon Custer took off from the Flin Flon General Hospital and is in dire need of immediate medical attention.
Custer was last seen at approximately 9:30am on June 29, 2012, at the hundred stairs in Flin Flon. At that time he was wearing a hospital gown. Custer is described as aboriginal, 5’8″, 149 lbs with a medium build.
RCMP report that efforts to locate Leon Custer have been unsuccessful. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Flin Flon RCMP at (204)687-1423 immediately.

The patient was located 10 km north of Creighton, Saskatchewan and brought to the Creighton RCMP Detachment by a passing motorist. EMS has been contacted to ensure he gets the care he requires.
