The City of Steinbach has given a brief update on Steinbach’s 2012 infrastructure projects.
Industrial Road
Concrete work will be finished this week, with only landscaping remains to be completed. Project should be completed the second week of August.
Sidewalks
Sidewalks on McKenzie Avenue and Giesbrecht Street are in and only landscaping remains to be completed. The projects will be completed the second week of August.
Asphalt Overlays / Watermain Sewer Renewals
Overlays on Chapel Drive and Chrysler Gate are done, with final landscaping yet to be completed.
The concrete work on Pine Crescent is complete. Asphalt grinding and repaving will commence next week, followed by landscaping.
Watermain renewal on Reimer Avenue is now complete, and the concrete roadwork is nearing completion. Asphalt grinding and repaving will commence next week, followed by landscaping.
Sewer renewal work on Penner Street has been completed and road reconstruction is nearing completion. Asphalt grinding and repaving will commence next week, followed by landscaping.
The watermain and sewer renewals on Spruce Crescent have been completed and concrete roadwork will be completed this week. Asphalt paving is set to happen next week.
