Manitoba Public Insurance’s Service Centres and Contact Centre will be closed Saturday, Sept. 1 through Monday, Sept. 3. to accommodate changes to MPI’s computer systems.
Customers planning to visit an Autopac agent during this time are encouraged to do so before the Labour Day weekend as some Autopac agents will also be closed. To confirm your Autopac agent’s hours of operation, please contact them directly.
“Manitobans who are in a collision, or need to make a claim, can do so the next available business day (Tuesday, Sept. 4),” Christine Martin, vice-president, Service Operations, Manitoba Public Insurance said today.
“Like any business, we take the steps necessary to ensure our systems remain resilient and reliable. Such major system upgrades are extremely rare and we fully appreciate the cooperation of our front-line Autopac agents and the Insurance Brokers of Manitoba.”
Manitoba Public Insurance Service/Claim centres and Contact Centre will reopen for regular business on Tuesday, Sept. 4.
